Welcome to Sunny Side 🌞 Home, a 4 BR, 2 bath home. Less packing for our guests as we provide lots of free extras.Our home is accommodating & spacious enough to sleep 10, it is within walking distance to ASU West, & 20 minutes from the Cardinals Stadium. Our home is nestled back in a quiet neighborhood located in a patch of green desert with a fenced-in back yard, free parking for 5 in the driveway. The space
Our goal is to provide a relaxing and stress free environment, no nickel and diming here. During your stay at Sunny Side, you will not need to worry about parking, your basic home essentials, to include: Keurig with set ups ( box of a K-pods, sugar, creamer) cooking Canola oil, cooking spices, laundry set ups ( Arm & Hammer detergent, Bounce Dryer sheets, Bleach) paired with washer/ dryer usage. We provide these necessities at no additional fees. Please feel free to make requests as we might make it happen for ya, depending on the time frame.🤏.....
