Bad experience the location is too far from downtown the people are transients and drug users and dealers on parking premises and on the hallways smoking door crack I will never reserve there again I spend the most two nights outta three in another hotel downtown.

This place looks like it was a neat property Once Upon A time. Currently there are whole families living in it with kids and dogs running around freely. Street people are hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms smell of smoke and have lots of damage. None of the sliding glass doors open and have been screwed shut.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were old and TV didn't work very well. I asked for a ground floor as I was having surgery. I got a top floor. Very noisy place. Lots of dogs. Drugs and prostitutes. I had my food stolen from the door dash driver.

The property was not at all what was showcased on Expedia. Room carpet was dirty, the room was stinky, bath tub faucet was rusty and looked like it was there for 100 years. The whole property looked like it has not been updated in 50 years. Had it not already been after 7:00 pm and I was tired, I would have looked for a room elsewhere.

I arrived after 1:00 AM and there were shady-looking characters hanging around out front and in the parking lot. The stench in my room was unbearable. I walked away from the second night of my 2-night non-refundable reservation. This place is NOT like the pictures on Expedia. Definitely avoid.

Former Embassy Suites says it all!

5 star review people are cool no judgement Staff is awesome cant say enough about how they go above and beyond for you. Big spacious rooms comfy beds. Eastside Lower level Ac units work best. Bring fan if you can. POOL is fantastic!!!
