Clean, comfortable property.

Process worked well. Property as advertised. Bed and bath well cleaned. Fully functional home for a weeks stay. Hot tub unusable as was chemically over loaded. Also, no wood provided for outdoor fireplace.

Great place, well located.

Property was great. Well located, pretty central if you are going to different Spring Training facilities. About a 20 min drive to any of the stadiums but in between them all. It was exactly as shown in pictures. Quiet little street, close to stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive. Love the electronic lock so you son Have to worry about losing keys. Very happy with this place. Will definitely keep in mind next time I’m here.

Must stay here!

Great rental experience. Perfect location and a beautiful rental with everything you need. Property manager was very responsive with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious

Family of 5 adults, lots of space. Hot tub was warm when we arrived. Basic supplies for cooking. Table held 6 plus counter allowed for 3 more with bar stools. Crib/playpen in master closet (not needed for us but an option).

My thoughts.

Didn’t know what to expect as we have never stayed at a VERBO before. The house was very clean and well looked after. Really can’t say a bad thing about it. Only problems we had was the hot tub never worked for the first two days and the BBQ was a disaster … with very little propane. All was rectified but weren’t able to use hot tub basically till the last night. The owners made everything right with giving back a portion of our money back, which I did appreciate. I would stay again knowing what the house looked like, but things outside the house would have to done better. Overall the stay safe as excellent, had to drive long to get to our golfing but all in all we had a good time.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful week at this property! It was exactly as pictured. The owners were very attentive when we had a question about the hot tub. My family has already asked when we can come back again!

Home away from home

The property was clean and inviting. It was just as the pictures showed. We enjoyed playing in the back yard with our little ones. We felt very comfortable there. The owners were responsive and we appreciated that.

The description is accurate. We enjoyed the backyard patio every morning. We had a girls only week at baseball's spring training. The house was convenient to lots of baseball fields. We will come back.

Very clean and welcoming home. We appreciated all the little extras, such as spices in the cupboard, hair dryer; washing machine w soap, etc. We would highly recommend staying in this home!

Family time and spring training baseball games

Wonderful, kind and accommodating owners. The house is spacious and comfortable. Two sisters and spouses spent time with my husband and I to go to spring training ball games and a hockey game. We enjoyed the grill and the outdoor fireplace. Sitting around the fire and relaxing in the evenings was a treat for all of us. We will definitely use this house again for family events. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place with us.

Beautiful home, safe neighborhood, great hosts!

First off Ivo & Dianna were gracious on our late arrival and very prompt to respond with a few questions we had! We (Mom, Dad, Princess, & Prince) came from the brrr cold Midwest for an early Christmas with family! Last time we came out we thought we booked a nice hotel that ended up being a not so great location. As we have toddlers being safe is very important to us. I’m so happy that we found this home and will definitely stay every year, sometimes twice a year as long as it is still available. The layout of the home is perfect and the master bath is immaculate. Lots of space!

Eight of us stayed for almost a week and really appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix, but still only a 25 minute drive to get into the city. We loved the small farms around this area, which was a nice surprise. There is a lot of space to cook (BBQ was great!), eat, play games and relax. And the price is so reasonable!

Roomy and clean, nice set up for one large family or two small ones.

The house is laid out well, lots of space and clean. The location worked well for the ball tournament we were in as well. Hot tub was having issues but the owners were prompt to address it. Would definitely rent again if we return.

Could not have been better - a great home to share!

We stayed at Ivo and Dianna's home because our son was getting married in the Phoenix area. We actually shared the house with the bride's parents for the week+ leading up to the wedding and it could not have worked out better. It was wonderful having a place to be together and have our kids join us for meals through the week and just hang out a little. It was wedding central in terms of lots of room to complete projects and preparations for the big day. All of the shopping nearby made things easy as well. With the house being located right between two of the major freeways it made getting around the area much easier too. The Master Suite, the kitchen and large living area, the BBQ and patio out back, and even the garage made life very convenient. We had a great time and we would highly recommend staying here. All of this and it was at a very reasonable cost in comparison to other places that we saw. Ivo and Dianna were great hosts and made the stay very easy.

It was affordable for a family of 5 compared to a hotel, felt safe, and it was a quite neighborhood. Clean and spacious.Close to restaurants. When I come back to phoenix, I will definitely be booking this rental agin.

Comfortable Home away from Home !

We had a great time while in Glendale. This property is in a great location. Very private and quiet. The outside patio was nice and spacious and the hot tub was very relaxing. We arrived late and was excited to find coffee and breakfast items already there, so we didn't have to run to the store late at night. I had contacted the owner with a question and they were quick to respond and very pleasant. The shower in the Master Bathroom was amazing. I will contact them the next time I'm in Glendale and would stay again if it is available .
