Nestled between N. Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale, our luxurious Kierland retreat offers ultimate convenience and classic Sonoran style. This stunning home features a 2,700 SF main house + 800 SF guest house. Both were recently restyled for detail and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable stay for large get-togethers, families, golf lovers, and desert enthusiasts alike. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and just 1.5 miles to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons for luxury shopping and dining.
This impeccably furnished home and detached guest house has been recently restyled with a keen eye for detail and comfort. It offers six bedrooms, each featuring soft, high-quality bedding, cozy feather down comforters, and plush mattresses. Every bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. The bathrooms provide plush towels and premium bath and body products. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room can be converted into an additional sleeping area. -Primary Suite: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and slider door that opens to patio
-Napa*: Queen-size bed with wall closet
-Carmel*: Two twin XL beds (can convert to king-size bed)
-Aspen*: Two twin XL beds (can convert to king-size bed)
-Additional sleeping space (family room): Two custom Crate & Barrel Twin XL sleepers (oversized lounge chairs that fold out into beds) with attached powder room
*Napa, Carmel, and Aspen rooms share a full bathroom
Casita Bedrooms
-Primary Suite: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom and closet
-Cala: Two twin XL beds (can convert to king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom and closet
Living Spaces
The home includes a spacious living room adjacent to the kitchen that flows onto the covered patio — an ideal hybrid of indoor and outdoor living. A family room features an oversized couch perfect for family movie nights, and it also acts as an additional sleeping space with two Crate & Barrel lounge chairs that fold out into twin beds. There’s an attached powder room and a large mirrored sliding door provides privacy, if desired. A convenient laundry room has an oversized washer and dryer.
Culinary Delights
The fully stocked kitchen, complete with quality dishes and brand new quartz countertops entices even the most novice chef to whip up delightful meals. An attached dining room seats 12, plus there’s an additional breakfast nook table that seats 4. Guests can also make themselves at home in the Casita kitchen. Though it lacks a stove, it’s equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, all essential tableware, and a comfortable seating area. Or, if you prefer cooking outdoors, fire up the gas grill to prepare quick and delicious eats.
Outdoor Oasis
Surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping, the back yard is your own private haven. Lounge by the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or challenge your friends to a putting contest. The putting green, hammocks, and green square grass area (ideal for morning yoga or in-home massages) provide additional opportunities for relaxation and recreation. And the large, covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining, of course.
