The property was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio as well as relaxing inside with the fireplace.Carolina provided us with several suggestions for restaurants and hikes in the area, which were very helpful.We hope to stay here again. Our son and family live close by and we really like the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix.

This property is old and tired. Weeds all over front yard and pool area. Pool lights did not work, waterfall into pool did not work. Furniture old, worn,& uncomfortable. Living room rug soiled with stains. Master shower is old and uncomfortable. Kitchen oven and barbecue were dirty upon arrival. Had to call host for electrician to fix porch lights. Property needs serous updates and repairs to make enjoyable.

Everything about this place was amazing; the host, the instructions to get in and run the place, the beautiful property, location and price. we loved the location with so many trails and such a peaceful nature sanctuary! It was perfect for our dogs too! We’ll definitely book this place again.

Long weekend in Phoenix

The house is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Trails were so close & nice for a morning hike in the foothills. The pool was lovely and the grill in good condition for a bbq. The host was very responsive, providing good suggestions for things to do in the area. We will rent again when visiting our family in Phoenix. Thank you!!

Comfortable and quiet

This is a well equipped home, with a comfortable floor plan and adequate amenities. Remarkably quiet for being not so far from the highway. A 3 ring binder with general instructions for how the house works, and for check out procedures would be helpful.

Beautiful location and wonderful host.

This was our third year staying at this property. We find it to be a perfect place for a gettaway from the midwest. It is very peaceful and quiet. Carolina is a very respectful and responsive host.

Great location and pool

We stayed here to meet other family in ahwatukee for our parents’ celebration of life. This was a very comfortable home and hanging out by the pool watching the birds in the desert was really nice. It would be great to have had all the home instructions and check out procedure in a binder/folder in the home rather than just emails. But, tons of great info re: hikes, restaurants, etc in Carolina’s emails.

Great Getaway

Carolina is the perfect hostess. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. We love the foothills. This home is wonderful and the backyard, pool and view are so relaxing.

Adorable couple's house

Cute and very clean. Several small but a bit irritating items. We couldn't cool off the house but it was cool outside so just opened the back door. ( Better instructions?) Dishwasher turns on (power) but the pump doesn't work and may have been that way for awhile. Need to replace the remote batteries for the TV, primary bedroom and other ceiling fans. Could only turn them on at high speed. I can see you are updating some things so take a look at paint on the bottom of cabinets and trim where it has been cleaned so well it took the paint off. Lovely new refrigerator. Liked having a garage door opener to use. Had a wonderful week-long stay. Would rent again with another couple possibly. Suzanne

Outstanding Experience

Satisfied all of our selection criteria. Gorgeous home inside. Spectacular back yard with pool heating option. Our short stay did not allow us to utilize every feature. Would definitely stay here again!

Foothills near Chandler

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in the area and we found it very relaxing. The backyard was the highlight of the property. The host was very, very friendly and reponsive before and during our stay.

Lovely property and well maintained home!

Up against the foothills of southern Phoenix, beautiful property with pool and outdoor fireplace. Nicely outfitted 3 bedroom home with fitness room. Very responsive host.

Great neighborhood

If I were owner I would replace all the electrical outlet and switched those are very outdated (from 70's or 80's), change lightning to LEDs - light bulbs and fixtures. Also there are only 2 very old smoke detector in the whole house - none in bedrooms, nor are they any CO detectors in rooms either. The lighting over the pool is kinda scary it goes on and off 5 min on then off then and off and its right over a pool - water and electricity doesn't go together. The pool was heated but was some issues because off restricted electric use at nite - the times to heat pool should be re-set so pool is not set to heat when its not allowed to heat. In master bedroom wish there was a King size bed, its only a full or maybe a queen but me and my husband did not fit together in this small bed. The owner was great in communication. We enjoyed our stay and maybe with some needed upgrades we will be back

Amazing backyard

We stayed 2 nights and very happy with our experience. We requested to have the pool heated and it was nice to get in right when we arrived. Just a bummer that it rained the entire next day. Overall very comfortable sofa and beds and everything you need even if you stay inside the entire time. Groceries right down the street and we ordered in from Thai Delight the first night. Best Thai we’ve had in a long time.

Great house and even better service

We liked the location, the house, the decor and the kitchen was unusually well supplied with cooking stuff. Having the property back on to the desert hillside was a big bonus: it really felt like our own private getaway! Special shout out to Carolina L. She did a perfect job in dealing with the usual small things that came up, and made sure our stay was as perfect as possible. We would stay here again, and recommend it highly.

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay in Arizona. This property was just as described. The privacy of the backyard was so nice! Felt like our own private resort. Carolina was more than helpful and super communicative with us. Even checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great first time visit in Phoenix. The location itself was quiet with no rear neighbors for added privacy, though it was a little far from activities and restaurants we wanted to try. Nothing within a short walking distance. The house was nice and clean. It was an older home and could use a bit of TLC as well as extra pillows on each bed, but all in all a great home and comfortable stay. The back yard and pool by far was the best part of this stay. Again could use some updated cushions etc outside, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. The host was easy to communicate with and was ready to assist in any way.

Anniversary getaway!

My husband and I wanted to do a long weekend getaway for our anniversary and this was the perfect property! The location is amazing at very quiet and the fact that the back yard view is the actual mountain added to the experience. Carolina was so great to work with and quick to reply to any questions. Can’t wait to come back again!

Golf trip with work friends.

I am always tasked with finding the lodging for our annual golf trip this place was absolutely amazing. All my friends enjoyed the property and had nothing but good things to say. It’s a beautiful property and I think the owner for letting us stay there.

Quiet home with Mountain View!

Our family stayed here during our home’s kitchen remodel. The host, Carolina, is quick to communicate and provided everything we needed. We even asked for something extra, and she brought it over within a short time. The house is clean, welcoming and has a backyard with a hammock, pool, full table and spots to relax in the sun or shade. The house backs up to a mountain, and the view combined with privacy is exceptional. We even asked to extend our stay during our stay, and the host helped us to do so. We stay at a lot of rentals, and we very much enjoyed our time here. The house is near the end of a cul de sac, which is great for a quiet, relaxing experience. Great location with a very friendly host! Also- pet friendly which is rare to find in the area. Definitely recommend!
