Snowbirds, Business People, Traveling Nurses who are age 55+ and can book at least 30 days. This is a desirable and sought after 55+ “Snowbird” gated community with great amenities and great community.

This Park Model Home has been masterfully renovated from the ground up with an open floor plan to promote flow and connecting with others. The Bosch HVAC unit is a brand new state of the art unit with a UV light inside. There is an under the kitchen sink water purifier with a charcoal block and a UV light to purify the water to the sink and refrigerator ice making and water dispenser. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom, living room and outside covered patio.

The common area has a pool with covered seating, jacuzzi, outdoor showers, pickle ball, tennis and shuffle board courts. The Club House has pool tables, ping pong table, card tables, a dance floor and more.

Holidays in Mesa at The Wells

We visited this beautiful home for a month while spending the holidays with our daughter and her family. The home was beautifully furnished and decorated. Kevin was very accommodating to all our needs.
