The unit offers 2 1⁄2 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for large groups, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart Nest thermostat, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room to enjoy gathering with family and friends. The large back patio provides a serene setting with plenty of seating to enjoy the desert air. The grounds and large pool are well manicured and maintained for guests to enjoy year-round. There are two designated covered parking spots right off the back entrance for easy in and out access. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.
