Custom Price Conscious Heirloom Sprawling Estate located in a million dollar neighborhood. Loaded W/ 3 beds, 2 baths, Plus a murphy bed located in the game room, on a 1/2 acre lot. Enjoy the LRG Sparkling Pool & Hot Tub. Walk in the grand entrance to a remodeled home W/ soaring 16 foot ceilings. dogs are ok. Pool is NOT heated. Kindly note, home is not brand new. It is a custom home built in the 80s in the heart of Arrowhead & priced well below the area.
High Quality Bedding and large Furniture. We only use Organic Cleaning products with low or no fragrance. Harsh chemicals avoided
3 Car garage, on a 1/2 acre lot.

Enjoy the Sparkling Pool large enough to play Volley Ball! Pool is NOT Heated, BUT there is a 6 person Hot Tub on the large patio just off the Master, for those cool winter nights! RV Parking too! This home is a great place for large families or couples looking for a home that has it all. A Grand entrance to a nicely remodeled home with modern upgrades. Soaring ceilings, wood burning fireplace, A large chefs kitchen, with amazing pool and backyard views. Board Games, Nintendo, Pool Table, Cable TV,. Shampoo and Soap Provided. Dogs are ok. Exterior Cameras only for Safety and Security. None face the pool.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

My family had the most wonderful time. The house is gorgeous! We appreciated the host making this experience so comforting. It felt like home to us! We absolutely loved the huge living room! The hot tub was great too!

The Best AZ Stay with a Pool

First & Foremost Ashley is very great at communication!! Super awesome Host!!! The home is Beautiful!!! Furnished like a model home… and the space was beyond our expectations!!! The accommodations were better than any other place I have been to and we thought it was a steal of a deal.. given the luxurious home and what it has to offer. We were so spoiled with the Jacuzzi and Pool.. which we used both!! The pool is huge and it was very clean!!! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in Arizona!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The home was well stocked with tons of ammenities & nice and clean. Im not sure how im going to go back home and sleep on my bed after sleeping on this heavenly mattress. Ive seriously not slept this good in a long time! The home is large and estately. The yard is sooo beautiful! It has tons of roses and oleanders. I could sit outside all day and take in the views. I cant wait to come back! This was one of the best I've been to so far! 5 stars all around!

Staying a week was TOO short!

This is an amazing property, at great rates! We’re a family of 7, with kids ranging from 9-14. The house has a great open feeling, with lots of seating, and plenty to do! The large pool, the hot tub, and the pool table were all awesome options of things we could do together without having to leave the house and find (pay!) entertainment! Ashlynn has a great instructional trapper keeper (which I loved!) about everything in the house if a question should arise. The house is located next to a ton of great shopping places, and not far from the zoo, aquarium, Hurricane Harbor, and Coasters and Castles- a fun little amusement park. If you’re on the fence- book this house, you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience

This house is amazing. When we walked in, our jaws dropped at how nice the home was! Its well stocked, the furniture is beautiful, it was clean, and the photos are accurate. We enjoyed swimming in the pool so much. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our week in a VRBO in Glendale, AZ

This house was decorated very nicely and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen cabinetry could use some updating, not all the cabinet doors would shut. The gardeners took care of the yard but a lot of the grass clippings etc were in the pool so we were not able to use it.

This is someone’s house, not a resort experience

This home is in a good location near a mall, restaurants, freeway, Walmart and almost anything you would need. The home is spacious and looks like the photos online. The back yard is big, peaceful and private. The TV in the main room is very nice. The problem is that it’s an older house and some of it is wearing out. The owners were great taking car of big issues, but they had to fix the sliding door, the RV gate, and the hot tub during our stay. There are also little things that will annoy people like sagging cabinet doors, irrigation that’s broken, an oven with a display that didn’t work, and a beautiful outdoor umbrella that was broken. That took away from the experience. We never did understand why so so much of the furniture still had price tags on them. All of the important stuff works, like hot water, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Everyone in our party agreed they would stay at the house again, but if you have to have “perfect” then this isn’t it.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I were so grateful to find a home that felt both luxurious and homey. The location was perfect-- a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with quick access to main highways and businesses. It was centrally located for our Cactus League Spring Training whirlwind stadium tour. The backyard is an oasis, thoughtfully landscaped around an enticing pool. It was a bit chilly and breezy to spend too much time there in the mornings, but I could see a family spending a good deal of time relaxing out back. Plenty of space in the sun and shade for everyone. We took full advantage of the hot tub as well. What a fantastic perk! And the house itself shows how much the owner loves the home and desires to make a visitor's experience top-notch. Just check out the pictures-- they are professionally taken, but not deceptive! Beds were so comfortable (including the Murphy bed), bathrooms and showers were remarkable (that grand bedroom space-- wow!), common areas were thoughtfully appointed-- I could go on and on. For my father, it was a blessing to have such wide open space, all on one level. Were there idiosyncrasies with the house? Of course, just like there are at anyone's own home. Four days allowed us to become more and more comfortable with where things were and how things worked, and any questions we had were quickly answered by Ashley. It was obvious that our enjoyment was her priority. Overall, a most fortunate find! We hope to return again soon!

Family Christmas Vacation 2022

This property was very nice. The description was spot on. It is an older home with modern upgrades. The bathrooms were very nicely remodeled, the master bath was amazing. The home was comfortable and homey. We have family in AZ and entertained for Christmas Eve and many dinners and it has plenty of dining space and gathering space. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were very nice. My adult kids loved the hot tub after a long day of activities. The backyard was huge but we didn’t use the pool m, too cold, we sat outside periodically. The neighborhood is very nice. We took many walks. I did have a few complaints which were minor. The kitchen was lacking in regular kitchen necessities. For example, for as big as the house is and if your length of stay is long, there are only a few glasses and coffee mugs leaving you to have to run the dish washer daily. The kitchen overall is not stocked with basic amenities for cooking. The pool sticks were damaged and my father ended up fixing some of the supplies for the pool table. The only big deal for me, the master bath and spare bath toilets were not cleaned well. I am really picky when renting VRBOs and I read all the reviews on cleanliness of the property. Yes, overall the property was cleaned but the cleaning service did not fully clean the toilets inside and outside and around which is super gross. It wasn’t a deal breaker, I cleaned the first night but it was disappointing. If I were to rent this property again I would request they get the cleaning service to do a deep clean the day before check in. Again, this was a very nice property and very convenient to the 101 and tons of shopping and restaurants.

Amazing stay

The property was exactly like the pictures on the listing. when I checked in I found a welcome basket, flowers and a card welcoming us to the property. The home was very clean and decorated a nice warm inviting tone. The owner was very responsive and even let me do a early check in at a moment notice.

Beautiful Home!

This was truly a lovely home to spend a week! The home is decorated so wonderfully and any amenity you need is there. Ashlynn was so attentive when I had a question and even texted on Thanksgiving to see if we needed any additional supplies. I had a few requests and they showed up brand new from the store within an hour on our porch. She is a great host and really cares about guests having a great experience! There are tons of towels and supplies for cooking, etc. Lots of spices, too. The hot tub and pool table are really fun and there's also a Nintendo Switch with a few games so lots of entertainment! The only comment I would make just as any FYI is that due to the extremely high ceilings the house has quite an echo so any talking/ noise happening in the kitchen can be heard well throughout the entire house. Not the worst thing but just a note. The home is SO conveniently located right off of the 101 so it's right next to tons of shopping and the spring training stadium. I'd definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

Wow! Really Nice House in heart of Arrowhead.

The property manager got me right in on short notice and I was blown away by the house and neighborhood. I booked based on the photos and it was even better in person. I stay in arrowhead often and to be honest, this feels under priced compared to the other places I stayed around here that were much more per night. That reason alone, Ill back here over and over again. The house has really tall 20ft ceilings and it's very open. It's totally remodeled and the yard is amazing. It's very large and the pool is too. The spa is just off the master which was perfect because it was cold when I got out! The bed I slept in was AHMAZING! It had hotel collection brand bedding and feather down pillows which I immensely appreciated. All of The furniture was really upscale looking. Very well decorated. I also noticed the towels were good quality. I'm a big reviewer and this place hits all the marks. Clean. Luxury feel. Great communication. It came with shampoo and soap which most I find do not. I would absolutely stay here again!
