We really enjoyed our stay. Chris is a fabulous host. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms very clean, showers wonderful and a large and spacious home. We loved the pool, hot tub, and game room! We hope to return soon- an excellent place to stay- close to downtown and many things to do. The home is immaculate. Thank you Chris!

Perfect family getaway

This property has everything you need for a family vacation . Clean, fun games, pool, hot tub, very well stocked, lots of space. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay with family

This house was a great space to stay with extended family for a short getaway. Fun games to play both inside the house and yard games. Plenty of space, nice bedrooms.

Chris, the property manager, was great to work with and communicative. We enjoyed our stay at this property and had no issues.

Great owner! Great location! Beautiful home and outdoor space!

Great place!

Perfect house for a staycation with the kids. Pool is fantastic, bigger than it appears in photos. Lots of great games to play, big and open kitchen that’s pretty well stocked with everything you might need. Very clean, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for bachelorette party

This rental was perfect! We loved the pool, there was plenty of space and the place had so many things we didn’t know we needed (a pump to blow up balloons, pump for floatys, left over decorations, etc). The manager allowed us to check in early and check out late and was extremely responsive. Highly recommend! Would stay again for another girls trip!

Great Experience

The pictures and listing were proven spot on upon arrival; which, is too often not the case. Chris was great to work with, quick and seamless communication. Good location and quite and nice neighborhood. 10 out 10 would recommend and stay again!

The property is really nice location awesome.

Had an awesome time, pool was great games are a nice touch. Hot tub never really heated up and would shut off.

Great location, and great communication

This place was very nice place for a bachelor party. The house was very clean, had a poker table and nice size pool in the backyard. Also had a nice cornhole set. About a 10 minute ride from all of the bars… we had our friend Omar drive us back and forth to the bars on a pumped out golf cart. 10/10

Great location for in home entertainment or Old Town access

This house was definitely an amazing choice for a group celebrating a birthday or a bachelor/bachelorette party. This property itself can fit a lot of people and has all the things you need to set it up as party central. If you're not into staying in, almost everything in Scottsdale is less than a 10 minute drive! Communication with the property owners was quick and they were willing to work with us on a early check in. Would 100% recommend to anyone going to Scottsdale!

Stay near old town Scottsdale

The pool was amazing and perfect for our group of people, there was also a bunch of pool floaties around to use. The space was large and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a baby and there was even a baby booster chair for us to use (albeit a little dirty and old) The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there, which was a bit unfortunate, but we only realized on the last night so didn’t ask to get it fixed for us. The host was quick at responding and very kind. Great stay, should stay again :)

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. The house was great for our family trip. My two recommendations are: a lock on the door to the pool. My 15 month old nephew could open the door and there is no gate around the pool. Also, some of the keypads did not always work.

The home was nice and clean they had pretty much everything you needed communication was great the host even allowed us to get a late check out witch was amazing and so helpful to us only thing that was a little disappointing is the pool was dirty had a bunch of dirt or somthing at the bottom of the pool and the little cleaner for the pool wasn’t working the jacuzzi didn’t work for us neither we tried multiple times to get the pool cleaner and jacuzzi to work the bathroom in the hallways was vary pretty but the water stays really hot even when u put it cold witch could be bad if a child was to get in there but other then that it was a great stay and I would still rent it again so thank you to the host for the great hospitality.

Great location, great communication

Chris was very nice and communicated well. Property was cute and served its purpose. Beds were comfortable. House adequately stocked. Pool was NOT heated, which we weren’t aware of, but it worked fine. Hot tub could have used a good cleaning (lots of dirt at the bottom) but worked well. Dishwasher did not clean dishes well so we had to hand wash everything. All these things were not deal breakers, but nice to be aware of beforehand.
