You will have private and exclusive access to the guest house and your own private outdoor patio area. It is quiet, serene and shares one soundproofed wall with the main house where the host resides.

Centrally located in Tempe in a quiet residential neighborhood. ASU and Downtown Tempe are only 3 miles away! Also nearby is Tempe Town Lake, sports/entertainment venues, nightlife, museums/arts, and more.

Spring Training baseball is just minutes away at Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels) and Sloan Park (Cubs).

We stayed at this quiet side-house while in Phoenix for the holidays. It was perfect for our family. Relaxed vibes, park within walking distance, and - again - very quiet.

Close location to ASU, very nice quiet neighborhood. This 2 bedroom is immaculately clean containing everything one could need for staying. Comfortable couch, beds, very nice towels. Nice Holiday touches with a poinsettia and hot chocolate and candy canes.

Perfect location. 11 minutes to ASU, and 15 to the Mesa Arts Center. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Accomodations were nicely furnished and beds were quite comfortable. Host was great. We reached out a couple of times and he always responded promptly & appropriately for the situations. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a nice place to stay in Tempe.
