Entire private entrance guesthouse includes fully furnished living room with comfy cloud sofa, large smart tv with netflix and amazon prime, bluetooth record player and plenty of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen adjoins the living room with counter dining space for 4. The bedroom is huge with a king bed and twin trundle bed that pulls out to sleep 2 more, perfect for kids or additional guests. There is a desk workspace, 2 large closets, ceiling fan, ductless AC and bathroom with dual vanities and large shower.

You will have access to your own outdoor patio garden with seating on the Westside of our home with free assigned driveway parking available.

You are welcome to use our graco pack n play or car seat for your infant should you need.

We are near all the highways and interstates so its easy to hop on Interstate 10, US Route 60, or State Highway 51 and travel anywhere in the valley you may need to go such as Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria etc. Very centrally located to go anywhere you need in the valley easily.

There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door.

We offer a free Uber ride ($25 max value) to all our guests that stay with us and rent our Turo vehicle!
