Even though it was for just one night, the booking, communication and quality of the property couldn't have been ANY better. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and bars. Beyond clean when we arrived, quiet neighborhood and some of the best arrival instructions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Otro Cafe which we tried after the host recommended and it was fantastic. We would stay here again!

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our fall vacation in Phoenix. Centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The host will gave us very detailed check in instructions and made our departure very simple. We will be staying here again next year!

This place was so cute! Neat, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed! Loved the location for visiting our kids at GCU, and easy access to little spots like the laundry mat, and Randy’s Donuts (yum!!!). Will was super helpful and responsive! Highly recommend this place!

You cannot imagine how wonderful this rental is! It’s just as described and the owner is super easy to get ahold of. It has everything you need for an extended stay and the beds are very comfortable. This is easily the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Convenient location near shopping.

This is a wonderful property. The entire property has been nicely updated. It is very comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location. Easy access to move around the city. Overall, exactly what we needed/were looking for. It was just me and a friend celebrating a weekend away for a milestone birthday. If any more were in our group, this would be too small. Very clean, safe area. Able to walk when we wanted to, and a short drive from anything we wanted to do (hiking, comedy show, massages, great food, etc.). Host was very easy to communicate with. Air conditioner/fan ran a little weird and at sporadic times throughout the night, but that is a very minimal complaint. Would stay again if the opportunity was there. Thank you.
