Secondary Bedrooms: Each has its own TV, comfortable beds, and high-quality linens. One bedroom features an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy for all guests.
Living & Entertainment:
Spacious open-concept living room with an 85-inch TV, wet bar, and abundant seating for family gatherings or relaxing evenings.
Game room equipped with shuffleboard and foosball for endless fun.

This is not a party house and anyone being disrespectful to the neighbors with noise will be asked to leave. This is a quiet neighborhood where people make their homes and they must be respected at all times. There is zero tolerance on this policy. We have no problem with people coming to have fun and you are welcome to enjoy yourself we just ask that you act like you would in your own home.
Minimum age requirement to book home is 25 years of age. ID may be required.
No local bookings without host consent unless you have a 5 star rating and minimum of 3 reviews
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly for outdoor activities. City Ordinance and strictly enforced.
No smoking in or around the home. There will be a $1000 fine for any signs of smoking in the property.
Pool safety- If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify manager for a pool safety notice.
Pool heating is available as an optional service. If you would like to have the pool heated please notify manager at least 72 hours prior to arrival so we can have it heated. Pool heating charge is $75 per day or $400 per week and an invoice will be sent when the heating is requested after booking. Hot tub can be heated at no cost.
Sky Harbor Airport is 25-30 mins
