This home is perfect for large families! 5 king beds, 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin size beds, with 4 full bathrooms.

When you enter you are greeted with a ping pong table right away along with a dining table for 10 people and the impressive staircase! The kitchen is fully stocked with great views of the the backyard. Heated pool & spa, lots of bed space, plenty of parking, great outdoor hang out space with firepit and outdoor bar & a ping pong table inside for entertainment & fun!

Pool heating for an additional $420 for up to 7 days, then $60/day after
We offer pool heat for a fee all winter.
1. The weather is sometimes warm in Dec/Jan. 70+ degrees for a daytime high.
The pool can be heated for the standard pool heat fee in that weather.
2. The weather is sometimes much colder in Dec/Jan. You may decide it is
not comfortable to swim and elect not to heat the pool.
3. If you still want the pool heated when it is much colder, then the actual cost is much higher. You will still be given the option to heat the pool.
Check in with us a few days before arrival to review the weather conditions.
We will not collect the pool heat fee in advance for Dec/Jan bookings because the cost is not guaranteed in advance.

Here is the bedroom and bathrooms throughout the home. Starting with the room upstairs: The main bedroom has a king, twin xl over queen bunk with an en suite bathroom. The second main bedroom has a king, twin xl over queen bunk and twin over twin bunk with a bathroom en suite. Bedroom #3 King size bed with a jack in jill bathroom to Bedroom #4 with a king size bed as well. One bedroom downstairs with King size bed and full bathroom just outside with access to the backyard.

For sheets and towels/ wear and tear we charge $15 per guest per night for groups above 14 people. $75 trash hauling fee for missing trash day or excessive extra trash outside of bins.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The large driveway/RV gate and garage are available for parking up to 8 to 10 vehicles.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional guest fee above 14 total guests is $15 per guest per night.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 14 adults at any time.
