Good location, good amenities. Needs a better cleaning crew.

The good - The location was good and there was good communication from the property manager. The price was fair for a good size 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The kitchen equipment was good and we loved the balcony. The not-so-good. The cleaning was sub-par. The silverware drawer had goo all over it, the cabinets were smeared and there were no handles on the cabinets. The floors made our socks black-they weren't clean, when we looked under the beds it was dirt and dust. There were no dishwasher tabs, only two garbage bags for 5 people for six days and the clothes dryer didn't work. All in all, it's a decent place, but the cleaning was not good.

Great Location

Stayed 11 days on a golf vacation. Well located for access to many good courses. Condo was nicely stocked with supplies. Only problem we found was a little short on towels. I'm sure the owner will fix it.

The welcome pdf needs to be updated. Condo was not clean when we arrived, floor was filthy as were bathrooms (toilets had fliaters). Bed in guestroom was broken, my husband had to re-arrange slats of wood to make bed functional. Dryer snagged a lot of our clothes and created holes. No ice maker or ice trays. We had to purchase ice trays. Please put in pdf about no ice/water, elevator availability, pedestrian gate needs key, etc...

Perfect location

The location was perfect given my golf at McCormick's Ranch. Clean and well stocked with most things you need. The only weird thing was the TV in the living room would turn on randomly - perhaps due to the Roku system. But otherwise, quiet and comfortable.

Loved our stay

We vacation in Scottsdale for 3 weeks every January to escape the cold of Idaho. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was prefect, near lots of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the Silverado Golf Course from the balcony, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
