This single-story home boasts an incredibly convenient setting, just about two miles south of Old Town Scottsdale. It's a prime location for golf, catching some Cactus League Spring Training at Scottsdale Stadium (two miles), or visiting Arizona State University (four miles). Downtown Scottsdale is a hub of acclaimed art, shopping, dining, and nightlife, all easily reached via the three adult-size bikes provided.
No matter how you spend your days, the backyard is a relaxing respite come morning, afternoon, or evening. Sip your first cup of coffee in the clear desert air, barbecue your lunch and dinner on the gas grill, and sip cocktails in cushioned seats as the sunset colors the night sky.
Inside, the living space is open and uncluttered, with central air and contemporary furnishings running throughout. Highlights include a modern kitchen with a wine fridge and other stainless steel appliances, a sleek dining area, and a living room with a large smart TV. After a few rounds of Ping-Pong and foosball, sleep soundly in three comfortable bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
