    Highlights you'll love:
    Outdoor Paradise: Fully private pool and spa surrounded by lush landscaping.
    Chef-Ready Kitchen: Granite counters, high-end SS appliances, and a massive breakfast bar.
    Cozy Ambience: A stone fireplace and integrated surround sound for the perfect movie night.
    Premium Comfort: 2-car garage, ceiling fans throughout, and bountiful natural light.

    ​​​​​​​Additional fees & notes about the space:
    Heating fee of $150/night to heat the pool/spa up to 80 degrees or $225/night to heat the pool/spa up to 90 degrees.
    $75 per night to heat the spa alone.
    Pet fee: $250 per pet.
    Extra Guests: There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/day that might apply.
    The separate 3rd car garage is not included & is rented long term. The access to this space is through the side gate between the main house and the 3rd garage, they share the same driveway
