You will be less than 2 miles from a grocery store and gas station. This condo is 6 miles away from Uptown Phoenix which features numerous restaurants known for their cocktails, food, and ambiance. We suggest checking out Hula's Modern Tiki, Clever Koi, and The Churchill. Downtown is 10 miles south of the condo. You will find beautiful street art, various museums, music venues, and an amazing foodie scene.
