The home was spacious, extremely clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. The pool deck was undergoing repairs but that did not stop everyone from enjoying the wonderfully heated pool. The management was kind and courteous before, during and after our booking. We would definitely stay here again!

ASU graduation family stay

When our original booking owner cancelled last minute due to a plumbing issue, we found the Greenway Retreat as an alternative and LOVED it! Very spacious kitchen, lots of relaxing areas inside and outside and everything was as promised in the listing. Checking in and out was very easy without any challenges. 5 STARS!

Great location and plenty of space

Clean, comfortable and central location in quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay walking to to kierland mall, grocery store really close. Kitchen was well equipped and great for our group of 6 adults. Could easily accommodate more. Large TV and nice size dining area.

Fantastic Stay!!

We traveled with family for a spring break golf getaway and this house was a perfect place for us to stay! There were 11 of us total, and this home had plenty of place for us to hang out, play games, watch movies, etc. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked all our meals there. The pool area was great for enjoying the warm weather. The pool temperature was just right. The beds were soft and comfortable. The location is very convenient with grocery shopping close by. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Fabulous home and location. So much room for everyone and everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The property manager very quick to respond and help with anything you need. Backyard was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy great conversations.

Overall perfect!

This house was perfect for our small family get together. The house was super clean, bedding was nice, spare towels in the laundry room. Shopping right around the corner. BBQ area was very nice. The pool was very clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the stay in this house. Margie, our host was great to work with.

Girls Golf Trip

Great spacious / Immaculate house for 4 well seasoned 50 + women. Quiet neighborhood location near Kierland commons Super easy check- in and communication with use of the Dack APP. Only reccommendation would be to upgrade the matresses to at least have a few firmer ones . Would definitely stay here again. .
