This place is disgusting only stayed about 10 mins Blood on the sheets & pillows The sheets obviously had not been changed in quite some time & the room smelled horrible Thankfully I was able to get a refund I would never recommend this Motel Needs to be condemned

Their was no hot water for 4 night's. Their was N nats in the room. Floor was grimy and dirty, The bed was at least 15 years old, gagging in the middle. No compilation for the lack of hot water.

Not my first choice!

No hot water! The office said you should have called so we could fix it. Why is the hot water turned off?!? Clumps of hair in the corners in the bathroom. Hairs on the pillowcases, cigarette burn marks on the sheets. The property was clean. The office staff was cordial.

I was in the area for work. Left for work at 4am, returned on my 9am break to get my things and check out. There was nobody at the front desk only a sign saying be back in a minute. After waiting 5 minutes I had to leave so I wouldn't be late. I can back after work around 3pm only to be told I can not get my $60 deposit because I did not get it before check out time of 11. I will be taking this matter further.

Check in was easy. Got to the room and noticed there was what appeared to be feces on the wall. Check the bed sheets and one had blood on them. The other had mold stains. The pillows were nasty. The mattresses appeared to have been treated from past bed bugs. There is little blood spots all over them. The bathroom door did not shut. The guy working in the front desk was very apologetic, brought new sheets and clean the wall. Overall it's just the cleanliness issue. The baseboards and the corners haven't seen a rag in a while.

I checked the matress for bedbugs, because I knew it was only a 2 star motel.As I lifted the corner of the bedding I saw a 2 foot by 1 foot blood stain! I could not lift the bedding anymore, for fear of what I would see! Did I witness the results of an old murder scene? Also, there was an issue about the bathmat.They stole $10 from my deposit for a 'stain' on the bathmat that I had noticed upon our arrival, but chose to ignore. This is THE WORST motel/hotel I have ever encountered. Expedia should delete this motel from their choices for their clients.

There was nothing unique about this property. The photos displayed was nothing like the property. The sheet on the mattress didn't fit, there was a dirty sock on the floor when I checked in (the sock was not ours) and the towels didn't smell or look clean. The TV didn't work, I had the office help come to the room 4 times to try to fix (she was very nice about it). When we checked out, they wouldn't give me a receipt until they inspected the room! We had to have all our stuff out of the room, and then she did a walk thru. The receipt was given to me only after the room was inspected. They received a deposit, so I am not sure why the inspection was necessary. The room was very disappointing.

could not stay in room.. bugs crawling allover.. a stench so bad it smelled like vomit.. the beds had cigarette burns in the mattress and pillows as well as the bed cover.. ee could not stay and no one was in the office.. nect day i complained and said i wanted a refund.. but they wouldn't discuss it and argued.. i said the online photos no way represents what we saw with iur eyes.. she said they are nit responsible for the website.. i am demanding a full refund and this facility should be removed from your site.. it is the most repulsive experience i have ever had booking through you for over 25 years and the absolute worst facility i have ever experienced in the world..

The overall state of the room was closer to a health code violation than it was a $100/night room. The bed was slumped, the box springs underneath were compressed, the shower had aluminum tape covering the overflow drain port, the curtains were as dirty as the floor (which was sticky and stained beyond telling what pattern it used to be), the desk chair was torn/stained/gunked enough that its only served purpose was propping under the door handle to make sure it couldn’t be turned (because the lock was iffy). The shower only got to be about tepid, not hot. The cover for the bed looked and felt like it used to be an old curtain. The WiFi didn’t work, and the tv channels were spotty at best. I am a retired combat veteran. I’ve slept in my fair share of dumpy locations. This was absolutely not worth the cost that I had to pay. The ONLY redeeming quality was that I wasn’t sleeping on the ground out in the open.

Poor service

I paid for a room with a king size bed and received a room with 2 full size beds. Room smelled musty upon entry, light switch next to door did not work, I had to hunt around the room to find a light that would turn on. I was not informed that there would be a $20.00 deposit for a key card that did not work and had to be reloaded. Attitude of employee was poor. We will not be recommending this facility to our worst enemy.

No personal interaction as attendant refused to speak in person. The internet was very poor and limited. I was put in handicapped room that I did not request. The shower was broken at the handle and sprayed water everywhere. The parking lot was full of vehicles that were not booked in the rooms but people were walking away towards other areas.
