Casa Stetson is a private single family home all on one level with no stairs; located in a quiet neighborhood of north Phoenix, just off of highway 17. The great room offers a huge couch and TV (cable channels included) that opens up to the kitchen with breakfast bar and inside dining. You will also find a desk in the living room to send those necessary work emails. A sliding door leads you to outdoor dining overlooking the sparkling pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for additional charge. The hot tub can be used at leisure at no cost. 4 chaise lounge chairs to get some AZ sun. Built in BBQ and outdoor bar to enjoy and cocktail while helping the cook.

For bedrooms you will have 2 King bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. TV in the master bedroom. 2 car garage, parking available in driveway as well. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Fully gated yard.

***Please note $350/week ($1250/month) fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure.

***Dog allowed with approval only. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages.
