Beautiful Single Story Home in Gated Las Sendas Community with Private Hot Tub

Located in the Gated Las Sendas enclave of Trailridge, this beautiful home features a 2 car garage, paver driveway, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Some of the outstanding features include an open floor plan, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths will allow up to 6 guests to rest comfortably.
If being outdoors is your desire, then the amenities continue with a large front courtyard, built in BBQ island, and above ground hot tub.
There are 2 very nice community pools (one heated) with hot tubs located within the community. Las Sendas has many hiking trails, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and numerous green parks for everyone to enjoy.
If golfing is on the agenda, there are many courses to choose from, including an award winning 18 hole championship course at the heart of the Las Sendas community.
Within just a few miles, there are beautiful lakes, state parks, hiking trails, the Salt River, and so much more!

Wonderful Las Sendas home

A great home for a couple or family to stay! The homeowner thought of everything one might need from a cheese grater to extra towels for the pool and hot tub which was wonderful . The home is very close to Las Sendas club house and pool, Las Sendas golf club, parks and shopping. The area is quiet and easily accessible to the highways. We have stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this has been the best one yet! Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for in a "home away from home". The location was perfect for access to biking and hiking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner.

Pleasant and in a quite community

A Great Experience Overall

Great communication from Jason, very friendly, accommodating and flexible. The house has a wonderful set up with all the amenities and it's in a great and quiet neighborhood. Close to beautiful Arizona trails (superstition mountain). Highly recommend.
