This place has everything you need to have a great time whether its relaxing by the pool or grilling some steaks on the grill. The only negative thing is the water pressure is a little low when taking a shower but that is no reason not to stay here. I would stay here again.

Great couple of days

This house is even better in person than the listing shows. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard was awesome for our family of 4 (mom, dad and boys ages 10 & 12) - the pool, outdoor 'living room' and games kept our family entertained and outside from 9am-10pm every day. It was a really fantastic couple of days!

Family Time

Our group of six enjoyed our stay. The entire patio area was great for a large group. Plenty of seating, barbeque and large tv to watch games. We came for the mariner's spring training and drove about 1hour to get there.BUT we liked Scottsdale over Peoria for better rental options.

Wonderful Amenities!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property! They thought of all the big and small details. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices. Property manager was responsive when we couldn't get the hot tub warmed up. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Beautiful place

This house has a great location. It’s close to everything. Within 5 to 20 min you have top golf, shopping, downtown and awesome restaurants. It’s a safe & quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family. The house had everything you need from household cleaning & laundry supplies to outdoor sunscreen and pool items. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely rebook this house.

Great Girls' Trip

My college girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated with all the essentials we could need/want. The beds were comfy and the ceiling fans did their job to keep us cool during those hot AZ nights. The highlight of this house is most definitely the resort style backyard. A true backyard paradise!!

This property is everything is says and more. The backyard is amazing and the house is immaculate. Easy to get to Old Town and a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved every minute of it!
