Scottsdale golf vacation.

The property was fine and in a great location. The furniture was ok but felt like the minimum the owner felt necessary to provide. Lamps were very poor for reading, both in bed and on the couch. We were just two, but I'm wondering where two more people would have sat at the table if there were two couples renting this place.

Pictures taken look way better than actual rental. Needs updating.

Place is much smaller than Show online. Place felt dingy and AC was on low when arrived, the deck was under construction a looks from outside to be unsafe to use. Pictures Presented online look way better than the actual condo itself as it felt very worn. Community pool is also not available for short term renters as a sign is posted at pool. Renters beware!!! Would not recommend.

Nice golf course views

The property was nice with golf course views and a comfortable seating area. There were a few things that were worn down including some of the kitchen items. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Just fine.

This property was just fine. It’s an older unit that has been updated somewhat and was very clean and a fine place to rest our heads. Limited space for hanging out in the unit as a family but that wasn’t really our focus. Positives: clean, comfortable beds, convenient location. Cons: kitchen had salt and that’s about it, no oil pepper or other seasonings; bathroom did not have any soap; living room doesn’t accommodate more than 2 or 3 folks. Pool complex was just OK. These are minor grievances. For an older property this served us just fine for our visit but lacks some of the extras to truly be a 4 or 5 star property.

Wonderful Old Town Scottsdale location

This second floor unit with a loft was very comfortable and the location was great - within walking distance to several restaurants and Old Town. The pool was crowded so we weren’t able to lounge there. Only recommendations are to have taller patio furniture so you can see the view and golfers (sitting on the patio sofa you look directly into a wooden railing). And we would have liked a couple of wine glasses. 😉 All in all a nice spot!

Sweet condo in excellent location

I stayed at Kay and Jason’s condo for three weeks while out here visiting my children. The condo was immaculately cleaned. The location could not have been any better for me. A brief Uber ride 2 miles to Old Town, but I felt far enough away that is was peaceful and quiet. I spent all my time on the patio, morning and evening! Lovely to enjoy my morning coffee, and wonderful in the eve looking out across the golf course with clear skies and bright stars. Very peaceful. I had a minor concern when I arrived, which was addressed immediately. The condo is perfect for a couple or a few friends for a shorter stay. I had the condo to myself, which worked well for my three week stay. I was extremely comfortable being there alone. It was also right around the corner to CVS, grocery store, etc. There are utensils and cookware for simple meals. My five start ratings were for cleanliness, location, and the care and attentiveness of Jason and Kay. A lovely family. Thx so much for your hospitality!

Nicely updated condo for girls weekend

This condo has been nicely updated/decorated and was a good fit for a girls weekend (4 adults). The property is quite, the view was great and the pool was nice. The hot tub was out of commission unfortunately. The location was a very quick drive to old town area. It would have been a pretty far walk. The mirrors on the closet doors were nice as the sink/vanity area is pretty small for 4 females ☺️ One suggestion would be extension cords from the plugs behind the bed & dresser in the downstairs room. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for hosting!

Cute little bungalow

We stayed here for my 30th Birthday. Our first time in the area. Location is nice and so was the pool. I was looking forward to the patio/balcony. When we got there it wasn’t very inviting like the picture. The pull down shade kept bagging against the glass door and the chain was missing so we couldn’t pull it up. Walking distance to groceries and a cute breakfast spot “The blind pig.”

Great centralized location!

Great location, though others looking for a place to stay should know there are 14 fairly steep steps up to the front door! (Not everyone can handle steps…) Also there were many extras (perhaps left by prior guests?) such as Tide Pods with Febreeze scent, sunscreen, spices, plastic wrap. Also full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash! Also noted was above average communication with Brittany who works with the host. Note there is a full sized microwave, oven with stovetop, refrigerator, toaster oven. (no toaster) . Beautiful west windows right off golf course show terrific AZ sunsets, you may hear lawn mowers in late hours/wee hours as they upkeep the golf course. Overall, nice place!

Things to consider

Upstairs: needs a dresser verses the table, clothes rack in closet is broke and in very poor condition Suggest table/ chairs on patio and working shades on patio. More chairs in kitchen area verses the bench But all in all , a great place to stay

Scottsdale Getaway

Awesome property. Great location. We walked to Old Scottsdale for breakfast. Very quiet with a nice view of golf course. Very clean. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Awesome Place!

Everything about this place was great during our stay. The home was decorated and stocked beautifully. Everything you can imagine was stocked, pool towels, first aid kit, even laundry detergent. Great location that is close to everything in Scottsdale. The pool was always clean and not over crowded. Beautiful patio to watch the sunset every night.

Bright and open, with golf course and sunset views

We spent three weeks here in Feb/March. Great location on a public golf course, a walk (or 5-minute drive) to Old Town Scottsdale, and quick/easy access to 101 (for spring training baseball in Mesa). It's on the second floor and faces west, with a balcony overlooking a green and tee box and with beautiful sunset views. The main living area is very spacious, with a 2-story ceiling (due to the loft). The bathroom is small, but with the sink separated from the bathtub/shower and toilet, it is workable for two people. In addition to the main floor bedroom, there is another (and better) bed in the loft, along with a desk in front of a window -- a great work space. The decor and furniture are bright and inviting; the owner is very nice and exceptionally responsive. Thank you, Kason!

Ideal location in Scottsdale

As lovely as pictured, this loft condo is in a convenient location of Scottsdale overlooking the golf course and sunsets. Comfy beds, cozy and welcoming decor - all appliances worked well. Kitchen supplied with coffee, tea, sugar and other staples. Small closet space in loft bedroom posed a bit of a problem but nothing to keep us from staying here again. Golf clubs were available if we chose to use them. Pool/hot tub area, workout and yoga room were clean and close to unit (never crowded). Assigned parking space also close to unit. Although this was not a gated community, it was quiet and we felt very safe. Easy communication with the owner. We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Adorable Home Away From Home
