A nice hotel to stay at. I am just not sure it was worth the price I paid. The lobby is not air conditioned and its gets quite hot. I didn't have hot water the first night. After that the water was either very hot or cold. I couldn't adjust it to warm! Also had small flies in the room. They weren't much of a bother, just annoying at times. Also, all the doors are very noisy. Your heard every guest coming and going, but this is pretty typical in SE Asia. The location was great for me. Hit or miss with regards to noise. The school beside the hotel decided to repair their sidewalks the first night I was there. They worked well past 3am the first night!
The Hotel was centrally located near the Central market. Room was nice and comfortable except the towels were old and rough. Overall I had a good stay at the Panda hotel.
Friendly staff and a nice double room. The shower could be better but that's being fussy - the rest was great.
Breakfast was good - a mixture of toast, cereal, hot eggs and local noodles and rice.
Location was 10-15 minutes walk to the Riverside and Palace.

Enkelt rent hotell.
Ganska bra rent rum.

Budget hotel offering value for money in the old quarter of Phnom Penh close to the central market. Karoake bar opposite closes about 5 am on Friday night ( maybe other nights too ) so ask for a room at the back if you want quiet.Close to local restaurant area and 5 minutes walk to the Central Market and 25-30 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace.Wi-Fi was good throughout the hotel.
A great hotel to stay in. Good & safe location, near the Central Market, easy access to many eateries and pharmacies (hospital in the area). Room nicely appointed with all the necessary amenities. Wifi worked well. Only disappointment was the mini fridge was non-functioning (apparently in all the rooms). The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. A simple but enjoyable daily breakfast provided. A bit of loud music from the restaurant across the road until late at night. Some construction work at the moment in the next building. Not a major issue. We were so tired from our day tours and slept well at night. Loved the great international TV programmes selection!

Discothèques à proximité....un bruit d’enfer
Sauf pour le bruit et le petit déjeuner bien médiocre, cet hôtel est bien situé et propre.

Booked a studio room, have gas stove but does not provide any cooking utensils. Room is clean and comfort, breakfast can be improve.
There are ants, moth, and mosquitoes in the room. Don't leave any food on any table or bed. The ants will get them in a second. The refrigerator stinks like there's a rotten fish inside.
Warm staff. Very close to the Central Market and railway station to the airport. Nice breakfast prepared every morning. Walking distance to the riverfront and National Museum. An overall good experience.
This is a very new hotel so it is very clean. The location is very good, only a short 3 minute walk to the Central Market to the north and the Golden Sorya Mall to the west. The street itself is not the main road so there's no tuk-tuks waiting around the entrance which is a good point: you'll only meet residents and staff but not other strange people from outside. We just use Grab whenever we need a car. Some people even choose to walk to the river front hot tourist area, but a Grab will only cost less than $3. There is a convenient store on the same street so it's easy to get bottled water and snacks. The only down side is the Karaoke noise from the food shacks opposite the road but not too terrible until we can't sleep. You can ask for a room not facing the main street but then you won't get a window view most likely.
Our room (top floor facing the street) is almost spotlessly clean and spacious: the photos you see here are honest as what we saw in real. There's room cleaning every morning and we requested not to change the towels everyday it's just not necessary. The included breakfast you can choose western or local style, hearty portion to last you till lunch time. The staff are all very polite and can speak good enough English.
For the price this is a steal-they don't have gym nor pool nor bar: this is good as we don't need to pay for these unwanted luxuries, there are plenty of cheap food and joints outside so who cares?
In short: we will come back here if we are
