The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much. The executive residence was lovely and just the right size. Both of the restaurants were great. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back in Phnom Penh!

I would give this hotel a higher rating if I could. The place was clean, the staff was amazing, and having access to free washer/dryer was super helpful. They charge a deposit on check-in, and $20 if you have an overnight guest. They were very up front about this. No issues, quiet, I paid $5/day for the all you can eat breakfast which was very good. This hotel shares an alley with the Ministry of Defense, so don’t be surprised when you see soldiers all over the place with AKM rifles.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, just needed a little paint touch-up in a few spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Not a lot of restaurants and bars near by but you can get a Tuk Tuk for a pound into the main restaurant and bar area. A good place to stay for cleanliness and a nice rooftop pool. I’d recommend a stay here for a night or two

The staff at Luxcity were amazing. Starting from the moment we walked in the door to when we left. They were continually attentive and helpful. Our room was cleaned with the utmost care and respect. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Phnom Penh. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
