I reserved a deluxe room, and was very impressed with how large the room was, the beautiful glass closet/bathroom area, and the nice view of the riverfront from the balcony. Hotel staff were super nice and VERY accommodating. The new owners bought the property about 1 month ago, and they are trying very hard to satisfy their guests. I was very impressed, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to PP👍

It's an inexpensive property in a great location. I'm sure at one time this property was great but it's getting old and needs investment. Also the bed was Fred Flintstone hard. But the view was great from my room. There is a balcony and the room was spacious. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area which is great and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

This is by far the most horrible places I have ever stayed in, I would have preferred to stay on the street than to have stayed here. Sheets were stained with sweat and cigarettes holes, clearly the room was not reset but recycled from the previous guest. Check in is from 2pm and we arrived at 7pm and our rooms won’t ready and were left waiting 30min for them to give us 1 of the 2 rooms we booked and a further hour for the second room. Aircon was useless, walls were stained, fridge was full of grim and probably hasn’t been wiped in years and when i mentioned it to the staff not one of them offered to fix the problem but just said its clean. The entire place from the moment you walk to the confined lift stinks of toilet and the photos are not what is advertised, I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me to. One word would sum it all up ….. run !

Si accede tramite un ristorante. Wifi che non funziona. Frigo in camera impossibile da accendere visto che la presa è a 70 centimentri da terra e la prolunga è solo 50 centimetri. Stanza piccola. Arriviamo alle 6.30 di sera e devono controllare se la camera è fatta. Bagno all’arrivo tutto bagnato segnale che lo avevano appena pulito. Di boutique aveva gran poco
