"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry)
Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "
"This is a very nice place to stay. The day employees were very helpful and kind. Loved the room, the only problem was the tub. For being a handicapped room to get in the tub it was very very high. It had lots of grab bars, but if you are short, it was hard to get in and out of. Desiree our house keeper was excellent. She handled all our requests with kindness and a pleasant smile.
