Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home situated between lush Tropical gardens, picturesque views of the crystal clear blue Caribbean Sea. White sandy beach only 3 minutes walk. Master bedroom with king size bed, guest room with a full size bed and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep a total of 6 persons. Beautifully and recently refurnished with mixture of modern and traditional pieces. Fully automatic washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen and private chef available on request. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Nada (the host) was spectacular. She made sure we had all we needed and that all our asks were handled within a day. The location was perfect. Away from the crowded city and traffic, very quite residential neighborhood, and the view of the ocean was what was needed by all of us. We did not see much of Nada, but she was available to attend to tend to all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The home was large and comfortable. Each kid had their own space. There was AC in the entire place. Only minor issue (not Nada's fault) was mosquitoes. They tend to gather in the porch area, so they will try to enter the place as soon as you open the door to the porch. We quickly solved that by spraying bug spray and co incidentally we had a bug zapper with us...which was useful for those little critters that still got inside. A tip for those who are staying there...there are a few edible treats in the garden...and some to come in the coming months...ask Nada about them so you can enjoy a little more of St Maarten on your next stay there.

Quiet and relaxing local home

Nada was most pleasant and provided everything we needed for out two day stay. Wanting to arrive earlier than planned on St Martin the search for a local and well reputed property at a reasonable cost we ended up contracting with Nada. The property was clean, had all the niceties of an island home with a picturesque view of the Atlantic ocean. Typical island roadways, close proximity to Philipsburg, short walk to the beach and a home with the amenities to stay in or go out for meals. Please keep in mind there is still a lot of work being done to recover from Irma including the beach front but the ability to relax is there and yes you can spend time in the ocean if you desire. Safety is not an issue. Thanks for a great couple of days stay at your property!

Wonderful stay!

Nada is an excellent, accommodating host--this rental has everything you could possibly need. Forgot your toothbrush? Nada has you covered. Ran out of sunscreen? She's got that, too. She even provided a big basket of breakfast basics, including nutella, juice, biscuits, and more. She accommodated our check-in/out times which is SO appreciated, and donated our leftover food. A+! The drive up to the house is in rough shape, and you might bottom-out your rental on the driveway slope (we did; a lot), but it's worth it for this lovely, quiet spot with a picturesque view over the bay. A note for larger groups: one of my travel partners mentioned that the pull-out couch is less-than-comfortable, but would probably be fine for kids. The actual beds are very comfortable, as is the couch itself (but not the pull-out part).

comfort and convenience

We stayed a month in Nada's home and it was wonderful.. The view is amazing and the home is well equipped for a longer stay in paradise. Nada is very responsive to any questions or needs and just an overall lovely person.. The fact the house is so well equipped meant we could cook amazing meals at home while enjoying the view and quiet location.. I would rent this house again anytime...
