The Space:

This brand-new, two-story villa offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, blending contemporary elegance with a relaxed Caribbean vibe. The lower level features a light-filled living area with soaring loft ceilings, flanked by two bedrooms, and opens seamlessly onto a spacious terrace with a glorious infinity pool. Two additional bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with a balcony overlooking the water, ensuring every guest enjoys the spectacular panorama.



The interiors are minimal yet sophisticated, with crisp white walls, natural wood accents, and subtle touches of sea green, coral pink, and blue perfectly complementing the endless topaz waters and skies. The open-plan living area, cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans, features a comfortable lounge with large couches and a widescreen TV, an indoor dining area with seating for eight, and a sleek white kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar. Large sliding glass doors create effortless indoor-outdoor living, opening to a covered terrace with a gas grill and dining area. The outdoor lounge and sun-soaked pool terrace are ideal for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying glorious sunsets over the Caribbean.



The master suite and second bedroom open directly from the main living area, each featuring a queen-size four-poster canopy bed, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace with sun loungers. Both upper-level bedrooms also feature queen beds, walk-in closets, and balconies with sea views. All bedrooms have elegant en-suite bathrooms with glass-walled rain and handheld showers, and the master suite additionally offers a private outdoor spa shower for a truly luxurious experience.



A well-equipped exercise room with bike, bench and free weights is located on the upper level. The villa is fully gated and provides parking for three cars. Indigo Bay's location offers easy access to grocery stores (5 minutes) and downtown Philipsburg (15 minutes) for duty-free shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

Guest Access:

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Twice a week Tuesday and Friday. Additional housekeeping is available at $100.00 per day for regular/standard cleaning services.

* Complimentary Welcome Basket: A curated welcome basket will be awaiting you upon arrival.

* Complimentary Arrival Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the airport to the villa is included for up to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport host just outside the arrivals hall.

* Complimentary Departure Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the villa to the airport is included for up to 10 guests.

To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.



Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
