Enjoy a beautiful open floor plan, spacious dining area, and wonderful kitchen to cook and enjoy a meal. Everything is BRAND NEW; NEW MATTRESSES, NEW FURNITURE, Firepit on roof deck When you are deciding to pick your home for your stay, you have found the perfect destination in Philadelphia!

The space:
5 Brand new beds, 1K & 4Q allowing you to really get a phenomenal night's sleep. We have hired a wonderful interior designer to maximize every foot of this incredible 2500sqft luxury home. Three incredible bathrooms, open floor plan for entertaining + enjoying quality time with your friends/family. After you pass through the kitchen and upper levels you will approach the Roof Deck. Enjoy a warm Firepit and seating to enjoy the city vibes while relaxing.

We loved the townhouse it was beautiful, spacious, colorful, everyone could have their own privacy if needed, balconies and the rooftop were great! We just had a very hard time with the parking situation... only 2hr parking so I got two 26 parking tickets. Otherwise it was very enjoyable!!!

Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay.

Great Spot in South Philly

Ryan was a great host, very easy to reach for questions & the home was perfect. We came in as a big group & there was plenty of space for us to include the babies & kiddos.The space was nice & clean which is much appreciated, my favorite part was the attention given to the rooftop with all the seating & games. I will definitely book again & highly recommend.
