Enjoy a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Center City, perfect for families, small groups, or remote workers. Each studio-style bedroom has its own private entry, smart TV, work station, and cozy seating.

Fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room, and a modern bathroom ensure comfort. Steps from restaurants, theaters, and historical sites, with convenient parking and nearby public transit. Hospitals like Jefferson and Penn Medicine are also close by. Your perfect city retreat!

NEIGHBORHOOD: This is one of the best places to be and call home while away from home. Not only is the energy in the apartment great but the area itself has all the amenities you can think of. Some of the best places to eat are all within a 3-6 mins walk from the apartment. And the area has many convenient stores and quality food shops as well. The Kimmel Center theater is only 3 blocks away and all historical points are within walking distance.

You have private access to the apartment.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.

The subway and metro station are also nearby. We have the Patco line that takes you into Camden NJ and other New Jersey points of interest only 2 blocks away. The Market Frankford Line and The Orange Broad Street Line are also only a few blocks away and take you to all Philadelphia points of interest. You can also walk everywhere conveniently from this location. It's a great safe area and full of things to do.

Lukewarm water

When we arrived the heat would not turn on and the hot water was lukewarm. The next day they got the heat working but they could never figure out the water. After 3 nights we were offered a smaller 1 bedroom unit further from the convention center but we took it. The person from VRBO we spoke with one evening was particularly unhelpful. He kept telling me to send a video of the problem. He could not explain how to video the lack of hot water.
