Welcome to your cozy retreat above the vibrant Bierhaul Restaurant & Lagerhaus in Thornton, PA! Immerse yourself in the unique charm of this lively neighborhood while enjoying the convenience of having a comfortable room with a private bathroom just steps away from the action.

This unit features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

Thornton is primarily residential, with a mix of single-family homes. The neighborhood likely features a blend of architectural styles, ranging from traditional to more modern designs. Residents often appreciate the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.

Private Vehicles: Most guests rely on private vehicles for daily commuting.

Cycling and Walking: Some guests may choose to walk or bike for short distances, especially if there are sidewalks and bike lanes available.

Ride-Sharing Services: Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are commonly available in the area, providing an additional transportation option for guests without their vehicles.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Please remove shoes

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.

Peaceful stay above amazing tavern!

We had a 5 star stay this past weekend as we were in town to see WrestleMania in Philly. It was nice to stay out of the city but somewhere that still was close to everything! Jeff was very kind and was available for any help or questions. We loved the wallpaper and the bed was very comfortable. We plan to come back again!
