All of the staff at Vipol were fantastic, exceptional customer service. Yen in dinning room was wonderful and Diep at swimming pool bar extremely helpful. We would stay here again.

My stay at Vinpol Mũi Né & Spa was pleasant and wonderful. The rooms were spacious and nice view from balcony. The breakfast was delicious and variety with a lots of option to choose. The staffs very attentive and responding quite well with all the requests.

Awesome stay at Mũi Né thumb up!

It is our first time at Mũi Né and staying at Vinol. We really love it. The Swim Pool and Rooftop restaurant are awesome! Breakfast is great with lots of selection. We would come back again and again….

It's good if you're just there to sleep since it's not a resort and not back onto the beach. However it's a short walk to the beach or the hotel's golf cart can send you there. The infinity pool is a nice touch. The included breakfast is a nice bonus too.

Everything was perfect

Our stay at Vipol Hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. The hotel manager introduced himself to us and took great care of us. The room was luxurious, spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was also amazing and the food was lovely. The view from the infinity pool was amazing. We are really looking forward to returning to the Vipol.

The property was new, clean and the staff were friendly. The party to celebrate the new lunar year was heavily advertised but misadvertised. We were the only ones. The food and entertainment was not there and the quality was below average. The hotel has a nice pool. The breakfast was good but no mango so was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful and clean Hotel!

This was such a lovely stay. The room was excellent, very new and fresh. We loved the balcony and the sea view. Only thing missing was 2 chairs and a table in the balcony. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, even when our bus to Saigon was delayed this morning they phoned up to check without us asking. Nha Thanh was outstanding in the reception. Thanks again for a lovely stay, we will definitely return to your lovely hotel. ❤️

amazing stay in Mui Ne

We enjoyed our stay at the Vipol Hotel. The hotel is clean. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the city. The buffet offered a variety of foods, very fresh and yummy!! All the staff we encountered were super professional and friendly. Especially Mr. Nam, the manager, and Ms. Dong went out of the way and above what we expected to ensure our stay was an outstanding experience. We recommend anyone traveling in Mui Ne to stay at the Vipol Hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Vipol. We are looking forward to seeing you all next year :) BTW. The hotel offered a short-distance ride within the city by the electric golf cart. The gentleman took us to a repair shop to fix the phone. Sorry, I forgot how to spell his name :(. This was ani e place to stay. The staff were lovely. The food was hit and miss. The resturant and bar food was good but the breakfast was ordinary. The local area was a bit boring and we moved on a few days early due to this, which was not anything to do with the motel really. If you want to just walk the batch and do not much else, it’s ok.
