This gorgeous holiday cottage has stunning sea views and a garden leading directly on to the beach.

Exclusively Eastbourne's Tides Cottage has an ideal location, set just off the beach in the heart of Pevensey Bay.

There are some great restaurants within an easy walk, such as the popular beachfront 'Moorings', and the 'Happy Dragon' Chinese. You can grab groceries at the nearby M&S Simply Food or there is a huge Asda just a mile away in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne, where there are more restaurants, cafes and shops.

There are some great walks to be had locally and the South Downs are just a short drive away. If you're keen to bring your furry friend, dogs are considered if adult and neutered - please discuss with us in advance (supplement applies).

Tides Cottage sleeps up to six in three bedrooms, each of which has a kingsize bed and a TV. So this is a great option for families, friends or colleagues sharing.

These bedrooms are all on the lower (entry) floor, with the open plan living space upstairs featuring the WOW-factor views.

The stylish lounge area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, which slide open to allow you to step out on to the balcony and really soak up the sea views. And if you want a closer look at the boats or stars, there is a telescope on hand.

There is a big sofa and two armchairs for relaxation in front of the smart TV (if you can tear yourself from the view) and if you're enjoying a winter break, the log burner is ideal for a cosy evening.

The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect, including a double oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine and milk frother, and there is also a wine cooler for those who prefer their tipples stronger. A dining table seats six.

There are two bathrooms - a shower room downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs, which also has a cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the rear of the house is an enclosed patio garden with an outdoor dining set. This side of the house gets the late afternoon sun. However the best feature is the beach garden in front of the house. A storage area includes cushions for the outdoor chairs so you can enjoy the sea views in comfort, and this also includes a BBQ and even a drinks fridge!

WiFi is provided plus towels and linen, although please bring your own beach towels. There is space for two cars to park in front of the house and garden.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although short stays and flexible arrival dates are available last minute and out of season.

Rooms open to balconies or patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers.
