"Have to say I was super impressed with this inn. First off, the rooms aren’t big but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are big for England. The bed linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would come back for those alone but really the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Specifically David and Anja. "The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous.
