Not good, not a 4 star accomodation, rather 3.

We rented a villa with private pool. The water in the pool had bad quality due to an error we were told. We could not use the private pool for the whole week and this was a great disappointment for us. We did not receive any compensation. The house was not a 4 star, rather 3 star. One of the bathroom had several defaults: no light og toilet and shower were not functioning well. One of the bedrooms smelled like mould. Beds were old and creaky. Kitchen was poor with ex. Few glasses for 8 people. One good Thing was the Italian restaurante located at the resort, they served good food! The lady in the reception tried hard and was nice. It was not her fault. This Hotel/ villa was not good taking the price in consideration. This hotel/ villa is NOT recommendable.

Buena vista resort is only that

Very dissapointed. The bed is old and ruined,restroom smelly,floor very dirty.Apartment not ready for a guests. The kitchen have an extension cable for cooker and is next to sink,safety concern.Socket on balkony is not working and in restroom is missing,only cables in the dedicated spot. Restaurant with no soups,vegetables and pizza.Gym all equipment in poor condition,or not working. Only good thing there is view from balcony and very impresive stone builds.Would not recomend

Pidimme upeista maisemista, joita saimme ihastella ensimmäisen huoneiston parvekkeelta. Henkilökunta ja ravintolan henkilöstä olivat ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Meidän huoneessa oli vesivahinko, jonka keskellä jouduimme asumaan 4 yötä. Ensimmäisessä huoneistossa oli puutteelliset keittiövälineet, sekä hävyttömän paljon koppakuoriaisia. Saimme viimeisiksi päiviksi kuivan ja siistin huoneen. Meille ei tarjottu uutta huoneistoa, vaan jouduimme itse sitä vaatimaan. Toisessa huoneistossa oli kaikki muuten hyvin, mutta sänky oli aivan liian pehmeä.
