Quarto grande e cama confortável. Espaço ótimo de lazer, piscina aquecida, sauna, tudo muito bom. Mas é muito perto da estrada, dá pra ouvir muito barulho. Teria que melhorar a parte acustica dos quartos. E ter um cafezinho na recepcao.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, possui uma estrutura linda e com funcionários mega atenciosos. O quarto possui um bom tamanho, cama é muito boa, com bom lençóis e travesseiros. Tem aquecedor para os dias frios. O café-da-manhã é gostoso e bem organizado. As atividades físicas são maravilhosas, bem preparadas e com profissionais incríveis. Todas as piscinas são aquecidas Melhorias: café-da-manhã poderia começar mais cedo (inicia às 8h), o ckeck out poderia ser mais tarde (hoje é às 11h). Jantamos uma noite no hotel, uma delícia, mas achei caro. Achei refeições mais saborosas e com melhores preços na cidade de Itaipava, que é linda!! Tem o barulho dos carros da rodoviária. Honestamente isso não nos atrapalhou

Excelente! Hotel muito limpo, piscinas aquecidas! Academia toda conpleta e com aparelhos novos! Comida do restaurante excelente também! O hotel é bem silencioso e ótimo para fazer atividades e descansar. O quarto que ficamos era muito confortável e silencioso também.

Estrutura e serviço bons, mas comida péssima.

Achei a comida muito ruim no café da manhã. Pouca variedade e opções ruins de queijos. Bolos industrializados com gosto de farinha. O café espresso no café da manhã é pago mas não tem nenhuma placa com aviso ou valor. E no fim, ainda te cobram pelo "serviço" (auto-serviço no caso). No frigobar existiam duas opções de refrigerante e água. Os valores cobrados eram altos e era necessário perguntar à recepção o valor, pois novamente não havia cardápio ou plaquinha com os preços. Jantei no restaurante e achei a comida ruim, embora tivesse uma música ao vivo agradável. De maneira geral, é um lugar com estrutura ótima, mas com economias muito mesquinhas e um restaurante ruim. O espaço destinado ao estacionamento não tem nenhuma estrutura: não é coberto e não tem sinalização.

Belo hotel, acomodações e serviço excelente. Restaurante deixou um pouco a desejar - refeições. Um jantar com queijo passado e o outro com gosto de chapa na carne que tb não veio no ponto correto. Enfim, não foi do padrão do hotel
