Nossa estadia foi ótima, porém com pouca opção para alimentação e entretenimento. Sobre o local: Muito limpo, paisagem linda, as pessoas aconchegam você. São externamente atensiosas. Maravilhoso....Para descansar, relaxar.

Just for Northbound travellers-NOT Southbound
It is VERY important to know that this inn is only accessible on the Northbound portion of Route BR-40 from Rio--if going South from Petropolis [which was how we were headed] you are far away on other side of valley & must go a total of 20K out of your way all the way down and back up the mountain]. It is also not at all well marked on the road [look for Parque da Serra then follow signs for Chale] & if you miss it, you must drive the 20K loop again, all the way back down the mountain, u-turn before tollgate [or pay the toll twice] & back up the mountain just to get back to find it. Also the 600-meter drive off the main road is very rough and mostly unpaved. At night this place was extremely hard to find, esp. for nonspeakers of Portuguese. The room was at best 2-star, wifi did not work, & there is nothing near the hotel. But rest of the hotel seemed nice, the view is excellent, & we really appreciated the early breakfast since we had to catch a flight.

Bom dia! Lenir e minha mãe. Me chamo Alexandre e permanecir 03 dias em Lua de Mel no Hotel.O atendimento foi otimo, porem não gostei dos quartos . Os moveis muito deteriorados, o hotel não possui internet e a localização com chuva muito ruim.Repito o atendimento humano foi excelente em todos os sentidos . O hotel precisa apenas de uma melhor estrutura em relação a moveis e modernização.
