The check in was fine but the room was only cleaned on the surface. The bed sheets were not white, the towels were disgustingly yellow/grey. Our stay was great, the room was quiet, we never heard a sound from other guests rooms. Room, dining area and lobby were all clean. The staff was helpful and polite. Special shout-out to James (front desk) and Ashli (breakfast staff).
