「We're so over noisy hotels with questionable cleanliness and cheap, ill-prepared breakfasts, so we decided to try a vrbo property for our quick trip to attend a local event. We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a...

「Great location, well stocked and welcoming.」

「Room was musty smelling and ac hummed all night. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.」

「The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe, with all the amenities needed. Its very close to Albuquerque Old Town, and easy to get to stores and the freeway. Wonderful and responsive host. I will stay there again!.」

「This place is, as advertised, bizarre and beautiful. My wife and I loved it and will return whenever we visit our son a couple miles up the road. Being from Alaska, AC is very important to us and it worked perfectly for us. The beds were quite comfortable, all the furniture was comfortable, the TV was big and had a great picture, and the kitchen, while small had everything we needed. One caveat though. We would caution people with mobility/accessibility issues . There are uneven steps up or down...

「Our stay was just okay. The location was good, check-in was easy, and the beds were comfortable. However, cleanliness and supplies could use some improvement. The microwave had food splatters, the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, and there was debris on the carpet and the floors felt unclean. I did notify the host about the microwave and dishes upon arrival, but aside from the automated messages, I did not receive a response. For a two-night stay for two adults, the amenities were...

「Not too much noise despite being close to main roads.」

「Clean, safe and quiet. 」

「Great central location.」

「Perfect size for me and my goldendoodle! Great little separate casita. Peaceful, safe, lovely neighborhood on the west side. Really enjoyed my stay here. When and if I come back to Albuquerque, I will stay here again, if it's available.」

「Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over...

「This cute little house was perfect for our brief stay. The host put a lot of effort into making our stay most enjoyable. All of the lovely little touches such as decorations, snacks and drinks were greatly appreciated! It is just as described and Angela was a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again if we are in the area in the future.」

「Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and really kind and communicative host!」

「Clean room all around ,clean kitchen nice heater provided extra blankets and pillows. I had a problem with key safe but was able to figure it out.」

「If you're looking for a place to crash while attending the close-by balloon fiesta, this'll do nicely. The studio apartment has everything you need, including a good-sized, not-cramped bathroom and full-sized kitchen appliances and fridge. There are decent food options south along 4th Street and the area is remarkably quiet. The parking area is large, with plenty of room for full-sized pickups, for example. And it's set well back from the street.」

「The property was clean and accommodating to our needs. Host was friendly and made us felt welcome and comfortable. Walking distance to some coffee shops. Highly recommend. 」
