"Great location near the beach, nice and relaxing. We went as a family (4 children) so room were great, we got the two bedroom with two bathrooms, which is more than sufficient - everyone was happy. Loved breakfast and we did eat at the restaurant, food was plentiful. They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve). There is also an outdoor pool and bikes available to go around. If you have a car there is ample parking available as well."

"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen.Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war für uns bei Ankunft eine große Enttäuschung. Es ging dabei nicht um Geschmacksfragen oder den Stil der Einrichtung, sondern um die mangelnde Sauberkeit und Pflege. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich wirkte alles ungepflegt und teilweise stark verschmutzt. Die sanitären Anlagen waren in einem abgenutzten Zustand, Textilien wirkten unhygienisch, und es gab sichtbare Beschädigungen an mehreren Stellen.Besonders unangenehm war der abgestandene, muffige Geruch in der gesamten Unterkunft, der den Aufenthalt zusätzlich belastet hat. Insgesamt hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass das Haus in einem Zustand ist, in dem man sich wohlfühlen oder bedenkenlos aufhalten kann.Aufgrund dieser erheblichen Mängel war es uns nicht möglich, die Unterkunft wie geplant zu nutzen, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen mussten.Unser Fazit: Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit und einen gepflegten Zustand legt, sollte sich hier lieber nach einer Alternative umsehen."

"Terribile. Esperienza da incubo, ci hanno rovinato la serata. Arriviamo alle 18:00 per il check-in e non c’è nessuno. Nessun messaggio, nessuna email, nessun preavviso con il codice di accesso. Nulla. Siamo costrette a chiamare un numero, restando fuori con tutte le valigie, mentre una persona al telefono ci chiede i documenti prima ancora di darci il codice. Situazione già assurda. Entriamo finalmente in stanza e la televisione non funziona. Zero canali, completamente inutilizzabile. Richiamiamo il numero del check-in e la signorina ci passa un altro numero, dicendo che “ci avrebbero aiutato loro”. Chiamiamo e risponde una persona estremamente scortese e cafona, che invece di scusarsi per il disagio esordisce con: “Innanzitutto chi vi ha dato questo numero? Io non sono nel mio orario lavorativo, prenderò provvedimenti” e subito dopo: “Io non sono un tecnico della televisione”. Nessuna scusa. Nessuna disponibilità. Trattate come se i loro problemi aziendali fossero colpa nostra. A quel punto chiedo il rimborso per poter andare in un’altra struttura. Mi viene risposto che “non hanno potere decisionale” e che la manager mi avrebbe contattata il giorno dopo. Mai sentiti. Spariti. Zero professionalità, zero assistenza, zero rispetto per il cliente. State lontani mille miglia. "

"Recently renovated hotel, spacious room. Re Versiliana is a jewel brought back to life. Fantastic location. Just a short walk across the street to the public beach. Very friendly staff and amazing selection offered for breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"Beautiful room with amazing views! Staff all amazing, friendly and happy! Bar service exceptional. Pool was lovely and very peaceful. Gardens amazing. Beach across the road with special rates for those staying at the hotel. Beach lovely and very shallow for quite a way. Food at hotel very good. Breakfast amazing serving hot and cold and lots of fresh fruits and cereals. Really loved staying at this amazing hotel and the lovely staff made it a lovely restful experience."

"A lovely family run aparthotel in a nice peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to all the amenities of Marina di Pietrasanta and just 5 min drive into the centre of the very attractive old town. There is also free use of bikes which is great, as there is a cycle path stretching along the coast. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely large terrace and beautiful view. The rooftop pool area was also lovely, with views of the mountains on one side and the town and sea on the other. Even though we didn't take the opportunity to have the available breakfast, it always looked fresh and plentiful. Rebecca was lovely and gave us all the information we needed for our exploration of the local areas. Enjoyed meeting her dad Marco too. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return soon."
