"Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The highlight was without a doubt the amazing terrace! Luca was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from thoughtful touches in the apartment to helpful local recommendations. On our last day, his brother Stefano kindly looked after our luggage and even brought it to the train station for us! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again...

"The interior of the villa is rustic with a very welcoming wood burning fireplace which was tended by the caretaker morning and night. There were two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside. There were plenty of dishes and utensils for large group of people. "This villa is perfect for a family stay, total 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bd/ba in a separate house. We stayed in April and our pool was heated, we enjoyed swimming even though it was cool weather. Location is very nice. 3 very good restaurants in walking distance. We were going to Cefalu quite often for lunch/dinner and beach. Huge backyard for kids to run around and play structures. 2 large outdoor tables for alfresco eating."
