「When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.」

「Nice property in a beautiful location adjacent to Jiminy Creek mountain resort. Very nice restaurant, bar and convenience store and breakfast/sandwich shop on site. Host was attentive and helpful. There were a number of water-related "gadgets" in the room. We couldn't figure out how any of them worked. But the massage chair worked well and we enjoyed that thoroughly! Overall very nice and i would stay there again.」

「The place was clean and basically what I expected. Checking in was very easy. The host sent very clear instructions. Parking was on the street but I felt safe leaving my car on the side of the street by the building.」

The property was clean and the host was super available and helpful. It’s not crazy luxurious and it is an old house, but it was great value for the price and exactly what I was looking for. I will be recommending to coworkers in the area.Thanks for having me!」

It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. I will definitely stay at this apartment again if I am in Albany.」

「Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!」
