「Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. 」

「I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!」

「The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk」

「The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! 」
