「Amazing property. The home has so much character! Wonderful vibe as you arrived. Clean and had all the amenities!」

「The home was perfect for our girls trip. Location was great - spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable but a little high for three elderly women. Would not keep me from staying there again. Suggest adding some cereal bowls which can be used in the microwave. We were having trouble with the WiFi and our host contacted us right away. 「The home we arrived at was NOT the same home as advertised - and it was filthy: bugs, dirty sheets, pimple pus on bathroom mirror, etc. The host would not respond to our phone calls, texts or messages sent via VRBO messenger so we reached out to VRBO. VRBO immediately issued their portion of the refund. The owner then agreed to issue a refund & said it would take up to 15 days. That was over a month ago. I still have not received the refund (nearly 900). 」
