Loistava sijainti yllättävän rauhallisen rantakadun varrella, kuitenkin keskustan palveluiden tuntumassa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, aamiainen kattava. Uima-allas oikein mitoitettu kapasiteettin nähden, plussaa kattoterassin auringonottopaikasta, josta upea näkymä järvelle. Vuokra-auton sai parkkeerata maksutta hotellin omalle parkkipaikalle, paikkoja tuntui olevan riittävästi hotellin asiakkaille.

Matteo ,Siamo veramente stupiti della sua recensione considerando che non è stato nostro ospite .Spieghiamo dettagliatamente a beneficio di chi legge :- Lei ha fatto una prenotazione prepagata su EXPEDIA- Il giorno di arrivo ha chiesto la cancellazione direttamente ad EXPEDIA la quale ha rifiutato - si è rivolto a noi e Le abbiamo offerto di spostare la sua prenotazione ad altra data - Lei non ci ha mai risposto alla mail , ma si è nuovamente rivolto ad EXPEDIA -EXPEDIA ci ha inviato una mail riconfermando le date e l'importo della sua prenotazione - malgrado la riconferma scritta di EXPEDIA, non abbiamo ritenuto di farle pagare l'intero importo delle 3 notti prenotate ma solo la penale di 1 notte.Cordiali saluti ,Hotel San Marco

Excellent hotel
The hotel was very nice, better than most 4* hotels we stayed in, location excellent, next to the lake but very close to the center, girl at the reception extremely nice and helpful, the family room similar to an apartment and direct access to the terrace. And we loved the breakfast!! We will be back for a longer stay and probably in summer to enjoy also the pool!

We are pleased to know that you had a nice stay at the hotel and we would like to answer to your disappointment.In particular ,we would like to point out that our cleaning service works in this way:- we change the bathroom linen in case we find everything thrown on the ground.- we change the bathroom bed linen if these are damp or stained.-In absence of the aforementioned things, the change of linen bed linen is done one day yes and one day not.Best regards from all San Marco Staff and we hope to welcome you again during the next season .

Sehr nahe zum Ort-fantastisches Frühstück!
Fantastische Lage-fussläufig der Promenade entlang nach Peschiera! Zimmer für drei Personen klein, Badezimmer hingegen sehr gross. Seitlicher Meerblick ohne Balkon, im Herbst und für eine Nacht okay, im Sommer bei Hitze möchte ich hier nicht länger bleiben!

The location is stunning, Very clean newly refurbished rooms that are light, airy and spacious. The location is perfect. Very peaceful location but with in minutes walk to the local town that has wonder shops & stunning restaurants. The buffet breakfast has a vast range of options. This was our second visit to the hotel and will definately be back.
