Hôtel vieillot qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles malgré la piscine et les nappes sur les tables... Chambres petites, avec meubles anciens, et pas de wifi. Salle de repas bruyante et faisant un peu cantine malgré des serveurs très efficaces et très pros. Bar Avec musique mais dont le barman ne sait pas préparer des coktails... Un bon 3 étoiles mais pas du tout un niveau de 4 étoiles

Struttura vetusta,sporca,sevizi inefficienti. Stanza pagata per una notte 220 euro 2 adulti e due bimbi di 4 anni.check in alle 15 e check out ore 10 quindi nemmeno 24 ore. Abbiamo cambiato stanza perche indecente piena di polvere,mura sporche e insetti spacciati nelle lampade e sui muri. Ci cambiano stanza un po piu pulita ma la sera volevamo fare una doccia ed ecco la sorpresa:l acqua non usciva. Ho fatto vudeo e foto di tutto perche non esiste spendere 220 euro e ricevere un trattamento del genere.sicuro mi farò sentire tramite legali.

Albergo centralissimo con ottima posizione per le escursioni nei dintorni. Personale molto gentile, piscina molto bella. Detto questo, ci sono state alcune cose durante il soggiorno che non sono andate bene, specie in relazione al prezzo pagato e alla categoria dell'hotel. La mattina, nell'area colazione, per chi come noi aveva il trattamento B&B, c'era regolarmente da aspettare vari minuti in piedi prima che venisse assegnato il tavolo (tutti gli altri tavoli erano riservati, in modo fisso, per chi aveva la mezza pensione o la pensione completa). A parte il dispiacere della sensazione di esser trattati diversamente per "l'aver speso meno", è stato abbastanza fastidioso il dover cercare il maitre di sala, o un cameriere qualunque, dopo a volte anche 10 minuti di attesa in piedi accanto ad altre persone già sedute. Televisione in camera non funzionante, riparata la mattina seguente. Nessuna urgenza in questione, ma il sapere che il manutentore dell'albergo sarebbe stato disponibile solo il giorno dopo, lascia perplessi in un hotel a 4 stelle (se al posto della tv si fosse rotto il tubo doccia?) Prenotata una camera standard, ce ne è stata assegnata una senza balcone in una parte dell'albergo non proprio ottimale, ovvero appena sopra la zona lobby dove ogni sera fino a mezzanotte c'era l'animazione. Qui nessuna lamentela in quanto alcune camere standard hanno il balcone e sono poste ai piani alti, altre no, ma lo scriviamo per eventuali persone che prenoteranno in futuro.

centralissimo ma un po caro

l'Hotel è centralissimo ma piuttosto vecchio e per il costo sostenuto veramente fuori mercato. Arredamenti vecchi, moquette nei corridoi, tende e mantovane come non si vedevano da tempo. In compenso molto pulito, colazione ottima, personale presente e molto cortese.

siamo stati benissimo

personale reception molto cortese, personale di sala cortese e dispopnibile a tutte le richiesta, hotel molto pulito camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato comoda per tre persone e pulita, ragazzi dell'animazione simpaticissimi servizio navetta per le piste puntuale, paese accogliente non c'è che dire vacanza fantastica.

Cortesia e disponibilità

Hotel con personale sorridente e molto disponibile. Dalla reception alla sala da pranzo ma anche le signore delle camere cortesi e pronte a richieste adeguate. La grandezza della camera sufficiente con mobilio datato ma pulito. Utilissimi Frigobar e cassaforte. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero con prodotti da bagno.
