Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend. "

"Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient.
