In old rural farmhouse, with swimming pool, suitable for families

Surrounded by green lawns and trees, Pignocco Country House is an old farmhouse of 1700, recently restored and tastefully furnished. Inside it consists of 8 Mini Apartment likely to be occupied with the formula room only, or with the Bed and Breakfast.

The cottage Pignocco Country House is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in the Marche countryside, just 6 km from the sea.

Our proposal includes sea travel, country, relaxation, good food, walks and authentic medieval villages, such as Fano, Novilara, Candelara, Gradara, Montefabbri, Mombaroccio and finally the beautiful Urbino. In the region of Marche, a corner of Italy have yet to discover and appreciate, Pignocco Country House is the perfect place to unwind from the daily routine.

The apartment Salus is one of the apartments at Il Pignocco Country House. E 'on the first floor of the main house and has a living room with 32 "TV, dining area, kitchenette with fridge, double bed (or 2 singles), double bedroom with TV, two bathrooms with shower. From the apartment you can admire the garden around the house, with its olive grove and the private chapel. On the horizon you can see the Adriatic Sea, the countryside of the Marche region and the town of Pesaro.

The apartment can accommodate 4 persons. A single bed for a 5th guest is available on request when booking.

Pignocco Country House also boasts:

- Exclusive pool between the olive trees on the property, a short walk from the rooms and from the apartments. The sunbeds and deck chairs at the pool are free, as are the small corner tub and the beautiful park garden surrounding the B & B.

-Rich Breakfast buffet in the main manor house. Breakfast, on request, is served every morning from 08.30 to 10.00 and offers homemade cakes. And 'it required an extra fee.

- The town of Pesaro, just 2.5 km away, offering services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, a beautiful old town and a walk on the waterfront .

- Reservation service to the beautiful beach "Ithaca Beach", positioned between Pesaro and Fano, and an agreement with the B & B. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds.

- Booking service for the Center for Rural Tasting "The Cup", located near the town of Mombaroccio and agreement with the B & B.

-point Tourist Information Centre at the reception, which provides maps of Pesaro and its province and information about local events.

-Suggestions Of Taverns and Pubs typical Pesaro, offering tastings of delicious dishes from traditional favorites to land, or sea.

-Guided Tours and free tastings at wineries and agricultural enterprises near the B & B with an explanation of the processing cycle.

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful, quiet retreat

After traveling almost two weeks all around Italy we were very happy to end our vacation at the Pignocco Country House. Our room was charming and the hostess was very friendly. We used the pool both days we were there and enjoyed every minute being surrounded by the olive trees. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. ADC
